Co-hosting is when a vehicle owner purchases a car and partners with an operator (the co-host) to manage it. The co-host handles the day-to-day operations, while the income generated from rentals is shared between the owner and the co-host.
What If I Don't Live In Seattle?
No problem! We manage vehicles for owners across the country. If you’re not based in Seattle, we can arrange to have your car shipped to our location through one of our trusted shipping partners.
What Do I Have To Do?
As your co-host, we handle all the day-to-day operations of managing your vehicle. From cleaning and guest communication to maintenance and repairs, we take care of everything so you don’t have to lift a finger. You provide the car, and we provide the comprehensive support!
How Much Does It Cost?
Our fee is based on a simple revenue-sharing model, meaning we earn only from the income generated by the car we manage. If you don’t make money, neither do we—it's that straightforward!
